We have over 140 workshops and scholarly papers for presentation at the Convention.
A new feature of this convention will be the inclusion of special research sessions. It will be modeled on academic research conferences in which scholars present research relevant to the field of church music and choral and organ music as most broadly conceived, expanding into musicology, ethnomusicology, sociology, cultural studies, music education in places of worship, theology, philosophy and other areas. Research that has not yet been presented or published is of particular interest. Presentations and papers are limited to 20 minutes in length followed by 5 minutes of discussion.
